About the author:

As a queer human, I have sat with the discomfort of navigating spaces that felt less than welcoming to diversity. I wanted to create something simple and beautiful that brings a little love and warmth to the children in us all as we explore topics around gender and assigned sex. My hope is that as more children are raised reading content like this, we will create more safe spaces for all.
